Training Explanation:

This group-style training will consist of game and live-play variations for the two-week period. We want to give the opportunity to play quite a bit of 6v6 between two courts, with quick changes among the girls. Coaches will be available to float, pull ladies off to explain, demo, etc.

Cost:

$100 per session

Private and/or Group Training

Details:
  1. Visit our separate Private Training link, found here.
  2. Fill out that form and we'll get back to you ASAP responding to your request
Training Explanation:

We can tailor private and group training to your daughter's needs and her goals pertaining to skills she wants to improve. We also strongly believe in group training in order to keep volleyball more realistic than what one-on-one training can tend to be, so if she has teammates and friends that want to join too, even better!

Cost:

Dependent on group size and coach
